great ceiling lamp that allows me to spotlight a piece of furniture. Great customer service which sent me a replacement glass shade when I broke one of the three while installing. They answered the phone on the first ring and sent me a new shade at no cost :)

La lámpara es fácil de instalar porque ya viene con los tres cables de los focos preparados ( unidos entre sí) no viene con focos

Ningún problema con la lámpara, todo coincide con lo que se anuncia.Lo único que me sorprendió un poco es que la lámina es muy delgada, ligera. Se siente frágil, pero ya puesta, se ve tal cual lo esperaba.

The fixture looks really good, is well made, and is a great value. Only one problem. When I opened the package 2 of the 3 glass shades were broken. Not sure how it happened because everything seemed to be packaged well and there was no visible damage on the box. I normally hate dealing with customer service. In fact I hate it so much I went to the big box stores looking for replacements without any luck. So finally my wife called and talked to Roger at Canarm. He was very helpful and after I emailed him a copy of my receipt he got back quickly and told me new shades would be going out within a week. So in less that an hour the issue was resolved. At a time when customer service is rare at best, it's great to find a company that cares.Botton line: the product is a great value and they stand behind their product. I don't often buy light fixtures but when I do you can bet Canarm will be at the top of my list.
