I started to review these cartridges, but it was really the printer that says low ink, even after changing the ink and aligning the heads. I think it's a Canon problem.

Tried the other version which I had to return ,hot color was too tall for my printer. AFTER READING ALL THE DIRECTIONS COUPLE TIMES IT SAID USE ONLY CANON INK.

I have a Canon MG2920 printer. Upon installing the new cartridges, my computer couldn't communicate with my printer. It kept giving an error message. I thought something was wrong with the cartridges. Put my empty ones back in and got the same error. I couldn't find any setting to tell my printer I was installing new cartridges. I put the new ones in again, then uninstalled and reinstalled my printer on my computer. I got a pop-up about new cartridges, ran the alignment and it printed fine. My printer info shows both cartridges are full. I will definitely purchase again! Great price!
