So far ok usually encounter these after market ink cartridges seem to get less prints.

My husband purchased a new HP printer in the fall of 2024. I bought this ink cartridge to have for when the ink that came with the printer ran out. I should have read all the reviews! It did the same thing another reviewer said - it printed 1 page and then stopped, with an error message. This is an issue with HP as they want only HP ink cartridges to work in their printers. This particular ink cartridge may work with older HP printers, but it didn't with a brand new HP printer. I left a 1 star review and the seller reached out to me. Even though it was well beyond the return period, he graciously refunded my money. I am changing to 5 stars because of the service. Excellent service!

My suggestion is BUY ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING this company has for sale!! I can assure you I am going to file a complaint with the Alabama and Federal Attorney Generals and with the Better Business Bureau I am not sure if this will help! When I purchased this HP printer there was NO requirement that I gave to use ONLY genuine HP print cartridges because if there had of been I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE HP PRINTER! I have used nothing but HP printers for over 40 years and always required my Data Centers use HP printers when I was Data Center Director in one of my previous jobs but I assure you I will NEVER use or recommend HP products again!

I needed ink in a rush of course. And this was reasonable so I purchased for my HP Envy 6455e brand new printer. When the ink arrived there didn’t seem to have any damage however the black cartridge refused to work! After cleaning it up I had no choice but to reach out customer service was okay. They couldn’t help though since I needed ink right away!Not cool.

Edit: the company reached out to me months later and let me know that there was a firmware issue with the HP computers. They have since fixed the problem and offered me a refund or a replacement product. The customer service was really unbelievable, they refunded me after 8 months.Original: The ink didn’t work. If you’re printer is HP don’t buy it, the printer won’t register a 3rd party ink cartridge. Wasted my money on this and unable to return now.
