Excellent product but more importantly Excellent vendor because of customer support!!!! I had a small issue related to my printer and customer service responded to my email within 5 minutes and helped me resolve my problem. Product quality and packaging was also very good. I would definitely highly recommend and buy again.

So as with every other comment, obviously these are a way cheaper option than HP product supplies, like a fraction of the price. At first I just installed the new black and not the HP colors, since the colors were not empty yet. But, the printer does not like HP mixed with other product and it just gave me an error message. Once I installed the replacement color inks, it started up fine. Every time you print it will display the message that non HP products cannot guarantee quality printing. And they are correct. The quality of the printing is not amazing, just OK. Some of the straight lines will be fuzzy where text is within a printed lined border. It is otherwise fine though and I can live with it as I only print highlight sheets and am not needing high end quality print jobs. If you are someone that does need high quality, these may not be right for you and you will need to invest in the pricier HP option.

- Followed instructions and carefully inserted cartridges into Printer- Printer reported "Cartridge Problem" on all four cartridges.- Reached out to Smart Ink customer service who walked me through cleaning and troubleshooting steps. I.e Switch the printer off and wait etc.- Nothing worked same problem. Smart ink is refusing to honour warranty.- I purchased the product from Amazon.ae who they class as a "reseller" which invalidates their warranty.

Easy install, didn’t need the “how to” video but that inclusion could be important to some. Printer warned at outset that installed cartridge was not a genuine HP product and that quality of print couldn’t be guaranteed. Test page emerged without issue and print colours all perfect. Very pleased with the product AND the exceptional pricing!

This Smark !nk product does NOT work on the HP Officejet Pro 8600. The Smart !nk service rep I talked to after the product failed to work was excellent and quickly sent a new set, which I received two days later. In both cases i followed the provided instructions (and additional suggestions from various online sources) but was not successful. It's time for a new printer.

Followed the provided instructions carefully. Wore the plastic gloves to avoid contaminating chip surfaces. The back ends of each color unit is covered with a square of cellophane over a hole, where I presume the ink comes out. Instructions say to keep it on, don’t take it off.. Otherwise one might be inclined to tear it off, I assume rendering the cartridge inoperable. Instructions are very thorough and also suggested to put all the new cartridges in, even if printer still has an original Cartridge with remaining ink, as was the case with the black color. Apparently this can throw off the printer software. Once all new cartridges were installed, hit ok if any error message appears. Mine simple said it detected a non hp product and couldn’t guarantee quality. I hit ok and it’s been printing perfectly, even in color. Highly recommend.

I ordered this ink as a more affordable alternative to the original HP cartridges for my OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus, and so far, I’m very impressed. The ink installed seamlessly without any compatibility issues, and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now with no problems at all. The print quality is crisp and vibrant, just like the original HP ink, and I haven’t noticed any smudging or fading. It’s been great for printing documents but not sure about photos since I dont need to. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone looking to save money on ink without sacrificing quality.

I followed the clear instructions provided for installation, and it was a smooth and easy process. The printer recognised the 4 cartridges without any issues. The print quality is good.Update: less than a year later, the print quality became terrible, and printed pages were illegible. Very often, very large blots of ink were deposited on the page. I guess you get what you pay for.
