I will not purchase this product again. The package contained two toner cartridges, only one worked. When I installed the second cartridge, my printer told me it was a defective product and could not be installed. I essentially paid double the price for the one usable cartridge. Next purchase will be at Costco.

I thought I would try these as opposed to buying "new" as we know it. In some respects its a great way to recycle and reuse. The quality of the ink when printing is excellent and I see no difference between new and remanufactured. Good price point as well.

Only one of the print cartridges works. Have tried to contact the manufacturer, but no response.Update: manufacturer—while a little slow to respond—was more than willing to make things right. Courteous and generous. And the replacement print cartridges work fine.
