The first batch did not work.. called on Saturday and on Monday I received a new batch of them. They are working great… Excellent customer service and product for a reasonable price…

Un exellent produit et que dire d'Alex ! wow un super service , mes cartouche ne fonctionnait pas Alex m'a prise en charge et nous avons tenté de régler le problème, malheureusement même après quelques essaies cela ne fonctionnais pas .Alex m'a rapidement fait livré une boite de cartouche dans un délais très rapide.Merci infiniment :)

I received a ink product with both black cartridges had broken tang on cartridge lock. I called support and I had a new shipment sent in 24hr and works wonderfully .. I am so impressed on how quickly you resolved my issue..... Thank You very much I will definitely refer you to my friends and will continue to use your products. Bill

Bought this as a try, price point was fantastic, immediately installed a set and tried to print with great results for what I needed. Which was very simple printing of some documents. I recommend these.

Works well but you better be using these cartridges often because they dry FAST. I ended up having to deep clean really often because of that, making them last a lot less longer than it should've.

Ink prices in brick-and-mortar stores are legal robbery. This is so worth the price tag and I have been happy with the print quality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to spend stupid amounts of money on ink.

I was recently dealing with some printing issues with my Canon printer and needed a quick set of replacement cartridges to rule out some problems I was having with another brand. Upon receipt of the dual pack, I quickly performed my test and was still having an issue with what I thought was cartridge recognition, after reaching out to customer service and working with Angie, I was able to figure out a workaround and Smart Ink was kind of enough to ship out a backup set of cartridges to ensure my issues and needs were taken care of. I have been printing happily ever since. The quality of everything is great (a rare find these days), from the packaging, the quality of the materials, and the quick and immediate customer service I could not be happier.

I ran out of ink and I needed more. These replacement inks came in a sturdy box which has 100% cartridge recognition printed on the lid. They claim to have 24/7 support, but I did not have to contact them, so I can't comment on that. They have phone numbers in the USA, Canada, and the UK, plus claim to have a PROSCheaper than Canon InkNo cartridge recognition problemsFast deliveryCONSNone that I can think of at the moment

I have only used this for general use printing. For that it works very well and is compatible with my Canon TS6000 printer. No clogging or drying up. I have not tried photo printing with it as I have a dedicated photo printer for that. For general printing use, I find that this is the very best and the price is VERY good.

Final update as of June 30, 2020:So, you get what you pay for but you won’t really save much money buying any knock off(s)!No trouble getting them to work with my Canon MG7000 series. However, at some point, these will mess up your printer’s heads (guaranteed!) and you must begin the clean-up process. Per ink’s manufacture, you should repeat it 2 ~ 5 times. I had to do it 4 times and when done, noticed no inks left! They all had about 2/3 left before clean-up!So, lesson learned is that you wouldn’t save much money buying these instead of real ones because genuine inks don’t mess things up like knock-offs!!***************UPDATE as of Feb. 23, 2020:Here’s my final and real review! These are perfect for casual printing jobs. Meaning, if you need to use your printouts for resume, presentation and similars on any kind of papers (cheap or expensive), they won’t look professional! Inks bleed on papers no matter what and people don’t need magnified glass to see them! But, as I said, for casual jobs, these would do and MUCH cheaper than OEM!Also, not having a GREY colour, you always see an error message. Not a show-stopper but annoying!I’m increasing my rating from 2 stars to 3.***************For the very 1st time, I decided to try one of these clones and see how it goes!!All these years, I spent a fortune for Canon inks!!So ... I gave it 2 STARs because it didn’t include grey ink!! Other than that, everything else seems to be fine.Please note that, I only print on regular papers and mostly text bases stuff. So, not sure about its quality for printing pictures on fancy papers!As I said, it prints texts no problem and very similar to OEM. I didn’t get any error with my Canon MG7720 (latest firmware). I just inserted the inks as normal and printer showed me full cartridges!The only thing I didn’t like is none of these clones come with grey ink!! So, if you need that, you have to buy it from Canon!! In my case, I left the original grey ink (1/2 full) and see how it goes. I believe I’m not going to need it because printer should be able to adjust other inks to produce grey colour - I hope!!

I ordered compatible ink cartridges for the first time. I recently replaced 2 of Smart Ink's cartridges into my Canon printer and they fit exactly like Canon's cartridges. After printing 3 or 4 pictures, the color pictures came out beautiful. If they continue to produce like this going forward I will continue to use Smart Ink. They produce exactly the same as Canon's cartridges at a price you can't beat. Thank you.
