Had this product for about a month. Initial install was great, worked fine at first. Ink quality was good. Then, out of nowhere after already using the printer that same morning, I received an error message and the color cartridge stopped working. Printer would no longer support the cartridge. I re-installed several times, did not work. I emailed the manufacturer from the contact information provided in the package. They were quick to get back to me. They instructed I follow their troubleshooting procedures. I had already done so but did it again a few more times and did not work. I emailed them back and explained. They replied quickly and issued a refund for my order.

This is the second time I ordered these cartridges .... They work just fine and seem to last a long time. They are just as good if not better than the ones I used to buy at Staples.

I bought both the re-manufactured HP 62 replacement color and black ink cartridge for my HP Office-jet 5740 printer last year. The printer accepted the black cartridge with no issue, but I had to reinsert the color cartridge 3 times before my printer recognized it. The color cartridge gave me problems and never did work These are certainly cheaper than the HP model! Fortunately each cartridge was less expensive than the HP cartridge version that prints 200 copies, so if they each give me more than 200 copies that's great! I am pleased with the black cartridge so far but very disappointed in the color cartridge - it never worked! I will buy the black cartridge only going forward!

I use Hewlett-Packard for the quality of their products, but hate their environmentally insensitive practices of putting a tiny blob of ink in a plastic cartridge and charging $30 or $40. These re-used alternates are half the price yet print just fine, and fortunately our HP printer allows them to be used.

This is my second time purchasing this brand and ink from valuetoner for my epson printer. The quality to me is very similar to Epson brandAnd maybe better, as I think and feel it’s a great value for your money. Print quality is just as good as I haven’t had any issues so far.But I will definitely be a regular customer as long as they sell this Ink , I definitely recommend giving them a try. Good quality product and also a good savings too.

A few months ago I had to replace all my ink cartridges for my printer and as many of you know, that can cost a small fortune when it comes to inkjet printers. I went looking for cheaper alternatives and first found a different manufacturer than this that made re-manufactured cartridges. While the pack of 10 that I got (2 of each color and 4 black) did good with the color, 2 of the 4 black cartridges barely put out any ink.So I decided to try a different manufacturer which is this set from Valuetoner. Unlike video cards and processors, there isnt exactly a program I can run to "benchmark" the cartridges, so I basically just used them in various tasks to see how they did.First and most important, my printer had no problem recognizing the cartridges and ink levels. Had that been a problem, it would have ended what I wanted to do right away. Second I went to print a few documents out of word, a printer test page, and Adobe Reader for PDF's using different settings from fast (lowest dpi) to high quality (prints slow, but has much higher dpi). RIght off I was pleasantly surprised that the black came out looking good to begin with since that was my biggest issue from the other company. I swapped both black cartridges around to make sure they both worked and had no issues.Next I did a few different photos. I wasn't using photo quality paper so I knew that would play into the result, but various full screen captures, jpegs, and handout documents that have color all worked great. The saturation was on point, I didn't have any color bleeding, and even with my cheap paper, the pictures came out just as good as if I had gone to the store and purchased brand new Epson cartridges.If you are looking for a way to save quite a bit of money and not dread when your ink levels hit the point where it says replace, take a look at this company. I didnt have any issues, but they did include support info to contact should I have any problems which was a welcome surprise.Id recommend giving them a shot as they cover more than Epson and as you can see from the pictures, they have their tech support number right on the cartridge should you actually have any issues.I will definitely be ordering more once I go through the ink I did get and happy I found a good alternative to going to the store and buying brand new when all I really need is the ink refill.
