I am glad I am reviewing this, because I am running out and need more. The printer compatibility is very good as is the durability. When the cartridge is empty my computer lets me know. Durability is great. Print quality is also wonderful. There is no ink leakage at all. Will buy again.

I used to get my Cannon 240 cartridge refilled. It cost less than half the price. However, the print quality has not been great. A lot of the lines on the print did not line up. Decided to buy a new Cannon 240 XL when the last refill was used up. What a difference in the print quality. Everything lines up from the first print. Perhaps it was just time for a new cartridge and refilling this new one might be fine???

Ugh! cartridges cost more than the printer (which thankfully was on sale) these days. I tend to turn off colour so was happy you can replace them independently as well as buy them so.It works. I was pleased with how long the original cartridge lasted and you can get a dozen or more 2/3 filled pages (shipping labels with barcodes and QR codes and logos) after tte warning but then they do just refuse to print anymore (so no fading out … it just stops and refuses to even try going for a faded draft kind of print job like we used to push out back in my school days (saving pennies).There seemed to be no return process for these “empty” cartridges so I’ll try and see if Staples takes them back.

I'm on Amazon.sg, and I purchased this item to be delivered to Singapore. When I inserted it into the device, purchased in Singapore, it gave me an error "E14" which means it doesn't work in this region.Avoid Canon products. They needlessly region lock their devices. And avoid this ink cartridge, since it is not compatible with the devices listed.
