Easy installation. The new bezel is nice. The only thing it's missing is the integrated USB ports on the bezel. You'd have to cut a hole or make a relief cut on the under side

It did not fit a 2019 Dodge Ram 2500. The ad never specified that it had to be a 2019 ‘Classic’ to fit. Wouldn’t fit any other 2019. Very disappointing, we were so excited to install it. Then found that out and there is no alternative on the market.

Have been enjoying this headunit for a few months now in my Ram 1500, came with everything required for a plug and play install, did not come with the included backup camera but I plan to install one as part of my tail gate latch anyway. A great upgrade for the price over the OEM headunit.

Could not get my steering wheel controls to connect to radio.Everything else was Great. Easy to connect, screen size lovely, and sound with my OEM speakers good.

(Installed on an 2014 Express Trim) All of the functions on the screen are pretty cool. It comes with an attachment for a microphone. The air conditioning knobs also show up when changed. Sound quality is the same, you can still adjust bass/treble. Value of this is priceless- the best review I saw was that all of the holes to plug stuff in are different sizes. Keeping that in mind you can fit the puzzle pieces together. Some of the connectors in the back are also labeled and very obvious which goes to which. I saw a comment about having to trim the plastics- I didn’t see a need for this. The gap around the three knobs for temperature control are *slightly* too big. But nothing noticeable unless you stare at it. I also saw a comment about screw holes being bent- my weren’t but I’d use caution because the holes are plastic on the back so you can strip them. Snug does more than enough and the radio isn’t wobbly. I would use caution when taking off the old panel, you shouldn’t have to force anything and there’s a lip on the top that got stuck but once you get the lip it comes out super easy. The appearance of it is clean and simple.Also CarPlay works just connect Bluetooth and your phone will ask if you want to enable CarPlay. There’s no direct “App” for it that I noticed off the bat. I hope this is helpful!

This product fit great and worked well, it's not the greatest sound but good. Has Bluetooth, GPS, hands free phone. Good buy for the money. Installation went good but instructions not clear on a few things.

Install was super simple, took less than an hour start to finish. Will take a bit of playing around to learn everything, but all the basics like android auto, music through radio, Spotify, USB, all were simple. Sound quality superior to factory sound system for sure, screen is very vibrant and sharp, and the whole thing looks great. Highly recommended.

Let me start off by saying this was a good price at 159. My radio was doing all sorts of weird stuff randomly restarting itself and not being able to control the uniy at all. $400 at the wreckers for a replacment made this and even easier decision to upgrade.Fit and finish is near factory look but not the same plastic(more brittle) as factory. No one would guess it to be non factory, but be carefull not to over tighten the screws. There is enough movement with the screws lose that you should be sure to center your HVAC controls before tightening. Manual is so small you can barely read it, and I could have produced better instructions etc in 15 mins. Its so small you'd need a magnifier to read it (I used my phone).Install time is minutes to swap over to the factory dash facia. Depending on your model truck and how your truck is optioned you don't require all the wiring bits that come with this unit. The antenae adapter worked fine. The yellow cable to back up cam port fits the unit but they neglect to tell you the other end of the yellow RCA cable should plug into the yellow cable marked camera on the on the Canbus harness if you have the factory option already. Plug and play but the picture isn't as crisp but you can still easy see if you actually use it.If you're not building a big system, which I would assume you're not if using this as your head unit, you can leave out the RCA harness entirely. If you do use it I'm sure if you run to amps and sub etc it can be tuned to run big volmue. The mic included plugs into this harness (not needed) as almost all factory units with bluetooth have a factory mic that works fine without this harness installed. The GPS antenae has 3M tape, I simply stuck to the underside of the dash behind the unit itself (works fine no issues). Once all this is complete you will have 1 wire left over from the truck side with an orange/yellowish plug, this is for Sirius radio so you don't need to plug it into anything.Last but not least firing it up and setting things up(the most time consuming). Work your way through the manual and update by using your home or a phone hotspot. Took less than 5 mins to download and install. Unit will restart. Android auto is installed in what they call Zlink which starts AA as well as the GPS nav together on a split screen.From here on its a hybrid of your phone and a regular stereo. Depending on your options some are greyed out. I haven't found a way to delete/uninstall these yet as hate clutter on the screen. Works well, little to no noticable lag of inputs, they provided a few home screen designs but most might want something more customizable.Power output is sub par at best. Can be tuned to sound decent. My truck has all infinity speakers and sounds good and clear but this stereo doesnt have the power to push them very loud. At full (40) volume its barely enough to really hear well at highway speeds and a window cracked.All in all happy with it if I can find a way to delete all the trash I don't want (bloatware IMO) I'll up my rating to 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone that has the factory base unit as a solid replacement.

I installed this radio today, which was actually a replacement for another aftermarket radio in my 2015 Ram 1500 that failed after approximately 5 years. I have installed many radios in my vehicles and thank God for that.Pros:The fitment of the radio and the trim unit is very good. I took my time and the install went very well. It was truly plug and play. There are many screws to remove and re-install, don't overtighten because you're dealing with plastic and can easily strip them out. The unit worked nicely and powers up quickly. I was able to do a firmware update and all is good. Sounds quality is excellent with my installed aftermarket speakers. So far the radio itself is 5 stars, hopefully it will last for the long haul.Cons:If you do not have any experience installing aftermarket radios, this might be a problem. A product that is marketed as a DIY should have excellent instructions with the unit. The info included with this unit is trash. I really couldn't find a good You Tube video for this unit, maybe there is one out there. The manual i just about unreadable with no real instructions. I can't believe how small the printing is on some of the pages. The instruction manual is 2 stars at the most.Overall the head unit seems solid with many things you can customize. The lack of install help has a lot to be desired. Hence my rating of 4 stars, 5 for the radio, a generous 2 for the manual.Right now I would recommend this unit and am well pleased with it.Edit. I am not sure why but when the dash cluster lights are turned all the way up the lights on the left side of the radio (home, volume up and down, etc) will not light up. If I back off just slighty on the dash cluster the lights come back on.
