They are only brass plated not full brass. Very misleading.

This set works well enough, however I was under the impression it came with 16 grommets, I actually got 12 of one half the grommet and 11 of the other half. Leaving only 11 useable complete grommets, unfortunately I needed 12 total and hoped to have a few spares incase they were needed for repairs. Also the cutter part is trash and couldn't cut cheese let alone fabrics, so I used scissors instead.

Was using these for moving blankets and I could only get 4 to work - the rest ended up bent and in the garbage. Lower quality than the ones that came with my grommet kit where I had no issues. Might be okay for very thin items.

Bought these 1/2" grommets and did in fact get a full count. But they are so thin and without a rolled edge on the washer that it is easy to put on double washers or miss a washer already on the body. They are not nearly the same quality I find on the cheapest plastic tarps. The packaging mentions they only light duty too bad the seller didn't.

Exactly what I was looking for. Did the job for the most part. Unfortunately there was one spot in my tent where the material was too thick so the grommet wouldn't fit which was unfortunate but would be the same with any set I think. Decent quality and decent price.

J'ai acheté un kit de grommet incluant poinçon, enclume et emporte pièce. Je voulais avoir une bonne quantité de grommets donc, j'ai donc acheté 2 boites de 24 paires de grommets en brass 1/2". Le prix est plus que raisonnable et je suis satisfait de leur qualité. Par contre, les grommets sont asser courtes donc, la prochaine fois, j'opterai probablement pour un model un peu plus long et plus épais. Je suis entièrement satisfait de mon achat et le recommande! Price was great, so I ordered a pack as part of another order.. They are quite thin, but they do the job for the occasional repairs on canvas covers.Pack was sealed, but when openned blister pack it had 24 washers, but only 18 grommet sides... Amazon made was very quick on fixing the issue. Thanks.

I purchased a lot of items at one time to build a cover over my R.V. This put a wrench in my weekend. I very carefully made sure to order solid brass grommets. There was supposed to be 24 pairs of the washer and grommets you need to make a finished grommet.In both my packages I bought the number of washers was less than the number of grommets by about 6 or 8 per package of 24. I know there weren't extra grommets because I came up way short of what I needed. If you buy these you'd better buy an extra package or two.25% or 30% short really sucks when you can't finish your project and it raises the cost of this package. Can't return it because i already used it.

Although this product is now correctly described; at the time of my order it was described as "CargoLoc 89933 24 piece 1/2 inch Brass Grommet Kit" and the details stated that it was inclusive of the insertion tool. When it arrived minus the tool I contacted Amazon Customer Service. They sent a replacement which was also minus the insertion tool. At this time I asked Amazon Customer Service to check the item description. It was immediately removed from sale pending their inquiries and subsequently advertised as it is currently described. I think that my purchase was well handled by Customer Service: but it did get me two otherwise unnecessary visits to the UPS Shop and three wasted days before I got what I needed elsewhere.I've been asked to submit a review on the product. I never got to use it; so I've no idea of the quality.
