Product came with a faulty thermostatic valve, however customer support, Roma, patiently worked with me to replace the part. I would rate the product a 3 1/2 star. The 5 star is for Roma.

Some of these shower systems are getting way too fancy and complicated. Jets spraying you from everywhere. LED lights. Music (though this isn’t bad). Massagers, And many of them look kinda Star Trekky as well.This one is a great blend of the traditional style with a touch of modern. Looks great Functionality is wonderful. I love the hand shower too. Great quality. It’s a little challenge to install, so bring that plumber in if you’re not a seasoned DIYer.Because of this look (no fancy schmancy gold tone panel with more buttons than Mission Control), I think this would look great paired with a stand alone tub, such as an old style clawfoot tub.This really is a nice set. No regrets on this… I love it!

Although it was a bit tricky to get it installed correctly it was well worth the effort. Only issue is the water bills gonna be higher cause weve been spending so much extra time in the shower. Overall seems like a pretty high quality kit really looks fantastic actually gotten quite a few comment on it.

This has changed everything for my new shower. Setting this up was relatively easy, and totally worth it. Everything works great, the look of the fixtures is flawless and makes the shower look great. The feel of the rain shower head is out of this world and something that I believe should be a standard in every shower. The multiple settings makes it so that you can get exactly what you are looking for out of your shower and enjoy the process of showering ten fold. This will be one that I get for every shower in my house now.
