the chive seeds we bought did not grow at all after being put in good ground containing some sheep manure. It has been now almost 3 weeks since we planted them.

Been trying seed after seed but none of them are sprouting. I put the seeds into starter medium and wet them. I have many other plants that sprout using the same method. These just won't sprout. Not recommended.
