Have been using this product for few days and this Heated Lumbar Support Pillow is perfect for anyone who sits for long hours. It gives great support to your back and the memory foam feels super comfy. The vibration and heating features are like a mini massage, helping to relax your muscles. It's easy to use and makes a thoughtful gift for parents or anyone who needs extra comfort. I wish i got it earlier. Highly recommended!

CILI's Back Lumbar Support Pillow is an excellent addition to any chair (or couch!) It really well designed to help support my lower back. As described, there are a trio of different options for each feature. On the connected remote, you can choose from three massage features, three heat levels, and three timer selections. What sets this apart from other massage pillows is the timer option. You have the option to keep it on longer if you want, up to 90 minutes. As for the heat options, the highest one gets really warm - warmer than expected - so that feature works great as well.The pillow itself is lightweight, so you an easily transport it from chair to chair. It also has an elastic strap to help fasten it around a chair. Even if you didn't choose to use any of the features, it's a great lumbar support pillow on its own.

I’ve been using this pillow, and it has been excellent for my lower back. I usually spend around 8-9 hours on my chair and thanks to great design of this pillows, now my muscles feel better. It has the heat function’s too and straps are quite adjustable so it’s simple to fasten chair. I have not tried the vibration option much but overall, it gives pretty good relax.

I bought this for me and received it a week ago. First night I tried it with the heat and loved it, but wanted to wait several days of use before writing a review. I find sitting upright for long periods to be painful. I have a bad form of arthritis in my S.I. joints and pelvis.The cushion is supportive without being too hard. The massage is the gentle yet effective vibration kind. Its deep without the shiatsu pain.The size is perfect. Easy to move it to any location. Highly recommend.

I like that this pillow provides not only massage but heat also, it helps my sore muscles. The listing pictures make it seem like it has an extra cushion part on top but it does not. I haven’t hooked it to a chair but it does have a strap for that if you wanted to. It has a couple different massage settings but the only one I like is the constant buzz one with the heat. You can use the massage without heat, massage with heat or just heat without massage…so it is nice to have those options. It does turn off automatically after a certain amount of time/cycle. I use it on my bed and lay on it for my back or neck and I’ve also used it on my abdomen for menstrual cramps. It does help all of these areas, at least for me. I don’t think it’s the best for the price but I don’t think it’s the worst either.

The Cili lumbar support pillow is just what I needed! The high density memory foam is so comfortable. It’s soft but still gives that support your back needs. The heat feels really, really nice!! Set it on low and it didn’t take long at all to feel the warmth. Just relaxes the muscles! The vibration of it has was the “icing on the cake” for my back too. I love that it has a strap on the back to help keep it in place when I used it on my office chair. No worries of it moving when getting up or shifting while working. The cover feels nice to the touch and I like that I can remove it when needed for washing. The remote is clear and simple to use. It allows you to use heat only, vibration only or both features at once. The only drawback with this lumbar pillow, is that I may have to get another. My daughter absolutely loves this lumbar pillow and doesn’t want to give it back haha! I most certainly recommend this lumbar support pillow to others! You won’t regret it!

It's a great product. This offers just the right balance of firmness and comfort, and the ergonomic design really helps support my lower back during long hours at my desk.The added vibration massage and heat function are a huge bonus. I have lower back issues and this is great for providing some relief on long days. I wish it were a little stronger, but that's personal preference. Overall it works great.

I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tightIt's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really goodWorks great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bedIt has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you.It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I did try it though and it heated up quickly and felt really good in the small of my backI've tried a lot of massagers because I get a lot of aches, pain, tightness and stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders, this one is a winner for me.If I was looking for a down side it would only be that it's limited to massaging only one area but that's why I have multiple massagers 😁
