My previous cushion was turning to powder when i bought it, so of course i bought a replacement after removing it all. It works perfectly and has been a couple years now. Much more comfortable, especially knowing its not dusting away below me

This replacement seat cushion is excellent! The fit is perfect, and it restores the comfort of the Aeron chair like it’s brand new. The foam feels supportive without being too stiff, and the black/gray color blends in nicely. Definitely worth it if your original cushion is worn out.

I have two Aeron chairs, one with the original foam and one with this replacement.This one is good for the price, but a little bit thicker than the original. For the price I think it is good, but the original (which is 3-4 x the price) would reduce pressure on back of thigh)

This is the three seat foam pad insert I've purchased for my Herman Miller Aeron chair. I find these last about 5 years before breaking down and requiring replacement.This foam pad insert ships in a generic plastic bag. It's easy to install and fits the Herman Miller Aeron Size B chair perfectly. I noticed the difference immediately after replacing the worn pad.Good price, quick delivery and 100% compatible. I would recommend this foam insert and would order it again.

The length is ideal but size B but the thickness is not. It will cut the circulation of your legs due to it being .5 to .75 inch to thick for the chair.The double sided tape was also insanely cheap. I needed to use a blow dryer to actually remove it correctly.

This foam replacement does the trick. I just pushed it in place without taking the adhesive backing off, eventually the foam shifted and was squeezing out, I kept pushing it back in place until eventually the backing started to peel off on its own and I was able to remove the backing with the pad pretty much in place, made it really easy to get stuck in place properly.
