Worth the money. back shiatsu massage and optional seat vibrating mode. Has spot shiatsu roller massage. Needs to be on upright chair for full back massage.

It works just fine. It’s definitely up to preference. I feel like some people want their massage to be moderate not too intense. But if you want a more intense back massage I would suggest investing a bit more and get a different one. If you have a lot of back pain go for one with high intensity. I personally like intense ones but that’s my opinion.
