Seems poorly made. The buttons don’t work as the instructions say, I’ve tried putting it on the 4 hour timer and it only ever stays on for 15 minutes, very annoying.Will likely return it to get my money back. I personally wouldn’t recommend it, there are better options for the same price.

It was super nice having lumbar heat in my office chair until it died a couple months after purchase :( Sad, also because I purchased more and gave it to people as a gift.

I work from home and my place gets pretty cold. This lumbar cushion is perfect to make my chair more comfortable, but also the heat makes it much more pleasant and I love the massage function too. It helps me focus better!

I can feel the heat but I don't get the full massage effect from it. Additionally it takes up a lot of room on a desk chair which is what I bought it for. I suppose you could use it when sitting on the couch and then you would have more space for your behind as well as this item. That is my biggest complaint. I'm a size 4 person so I don't even have a very big behind it. I probably would prefer something that is smaller in width

This lumbar support pillow provides support for lower backaches. You attach it to your chair and plug it in, and there's an attached remote that allows you to pick three different massage types and intensity of vibration, and three heat settings.It does provide some relief for backaches, and the heat setting is nice (I've a feeling I'll appreciate it more in the colder months). I do wish the pillow reached higher up so it could provide a massage for my upper back and neck, and the band to keep the pillow on my chair is a joke, quick frankly. I'm more or less keeping the pillow in place using pressure between my back and the chair. Also, the wheels of my chair keep running over the power cord.

What a great back pillow. I work long hours sitting in an uncomfortable office chair. This pillow was all I needed to help correct my posture and reduce my back pain. The heat and vibrations are very soothing. It’s also very portable.

If you're only getting this to be a back support with some heating, then you're fine. However, if you want a massage option, then this is not for you. In addition to the vibrations being too low and not functional, the pillow itself is too thick and so you might have a hard time using it if you're a smaller frame like me.

Sometimes the only thing that helps with the pain in my lower back is a heating pad. This pillow provides that along with good lumbar support and the bonus of a vibrating massage function that is comfortable and soothing. The pad comes with a belt to keep it in place in a chair, but I've also used it in bed by propping it against the pillows while reading or watching tv.

I absolutely love this heated lumbar pillow! I got it to use in my car for lumbar support. It heats up very quickly and the feel and quality of this pillow is like a cloud, nice and soft but with great support. I've also used it on my sofa will watching TV. Its a great pillow and suits my needs. Worth the money and can recommend
