They are beautiful, but they are all plastic. I wish the had the down lighting as well to light the post and shrubbery like my old ones. They do look nice from the road and give me a little light at my gate in the pitch dark. they fit pressure treated 6x6 perfect, true size 5 1/2" x 5 1/2"

I was looking for something copper to give my son and his wife for their seventh anniversary. When I saw this I thought it would be perfect, and it did not disappoint. They used it on a post that supported strings of lights on their patio. It gives such a finished look, and the light is nice and bright. I'm so happy about this purchase.

Could be brighter. Nice accent light for end of driveway. Stays on from dusk till dawn (7 hours )

They are made of plastic - the finish looks good but it is not copper. Just painted to look like copper.

The lights are well built and nice looking however unless you have direct sunlight for at least 8 hours the light will only be lit for a couple of hours. I have two and they both stop after two hours.

Very nice looking solar light for 6x6 post. Doesnt hold charge very long though. Only stays lit for a few hours.

Ordered 1 of these to see how they looked and worked. Short review, ordered 4 more. These lights look nice. Being winter, we have not had a lot of days with full sunlight They seem to stay on for long enough vs the amount of sunlight they receive. These are plastic but seem strong enough. Easy to install. I have normal treated 6 x 6 which are really about 5.5 x. 5.5. They fit well and just two supplied screws to hold it in place. Don't forget to open the unit up and turn the switch from OFF to AUTO. Read several review where they said the lights did not come on.Update. Replaced the batteries 4/24. Still working fine.

Very attractive light. Bought two for the gate posts at the end of my driveway six months ago. Worked fine all winter in low daylight. The first one has failed recently after a week of heavy rain. Is this item warrantable?
