After spending a good amount of money paying either to swap out cylinders, or having someone else fill them, I decided to give this little wonder a try. I am so glad I did. It is well made and easy to use. Do yourself a favor and do the math. Find out the price of having a larger co2 tank filled or swapped, as apposed to the little cylinders. Then do the math on how many fills you can do. I still haven't used up my kegerator tank and I have fill many tanks for myself and family members. I not only saved myself money, bet saved my family members the expense and hassle of swapping there tanks or having them filled. I just keep one spare filled and one on the go. When I use up one, I put the other in and make sure I fill the empty well before the spare runs out. My family members do the same. No more feeling deflated when you run out of CO2 :-) The whole family is happy not to run out of bubbles!

The fitting is hollow. There is nothing to deperss the soda stream valve stem

Great build quality for the cheapest price around. I was having an issue filling a soda stream bottle with the flat pin at first however I read some reviews on similar products and they said you have to super super super slowly open the main valve on the donor tank and you will hear the co2 rushing in. Then let them sit in that configuration for 10 min before closing the valve on the do or tank and releasing the pressure from the adapter.

Item doesn't work with flat top soda stream. Was gonna return it but its not returnable! Stay away.
