I ordered this for my husband’s birthday. It was a splurge, but he uses it to warm up his clothes before getting dressed. He’s used it every day for 3 months and loved it. However, today it won’t turn on at all. No lights, no heat, nothing. Our return window is closed and the only suggestions the “help” gave was to take it apart and use a multimeter… not my skill set .It was GREAT while it lasted, but not worth the price for how long it lasted.

This towel warmer works just as expected. It has a beautiful sleek black finish that goes perfectly with my bathroom. It is a good size and fits at least 3 towels—I like to put my robe and towels in there for after the shower. Great warmth and amazing value for your money. I highly recommend this to those interested in a towel warmer. Luxury at an affordable cost.

Fits two large bath towels with ease. Looks sleek, and durable. Heats up quickly. No odd smells. Didn’t come with any aromatherapy disks to go in the slot but you can buy online or make your own with essential oils.

I love this towel warmer so much. It makes it like being at the spa when you get out of your shower or tub heat in the right amount of time easy to use looks good.

Bought this to keep towels warm when we’re in the hot tub outside. We live in Canada so it’s winter weather from November to March! Coming in to warm towels is amazing. Everything is working good so far..easy to set up and use just ooo the towels in a go! Good sizes..holds 3-4 big towels!

The towel warmer does a great job of getting the towel nice and toasty without being too hot to touch. It has a nice matte black look and the display is great, shows the time in the warmer and the ambient temp inside it, and the colored light bar shows if the warmer is still hot after you're done using it. The size is good for a medium- to large-sized bathroom. The lid and latch mechanism also feels sturdy but the product is lightweight and easy to move. The machine operation with the timer deal is simple and easy to use.

I use this in my salon. It heats up quickly and keeps a consistent heat. I also love the disc on the top for scent. I can easily change it out to different essential oil scents I use.

Purchased for warming bath sheets (large) x 2 after winter hot tubbing.....this heater is so handy and easy to move around....so if it's raining or cold our towels are dry and ready for use...perfect purchase

This is so cozy. One thing I don't like is that it begins to cool down before the time expires.It goes from approx 214⁰F down to around 180⁰F about 10-15 mins before the timer expires.Max timer is only 1 hour, but I'm assuming that's for safety.
