Build quality is nice; it feels like aluminum on the surface but it's light enough that it's either quite hollow or has a plastic or some other type of core. Either way it's sturdy and does not pose a problem, and looks great. Functionally, it's ok. It produces heat, but even at the highest setting it takes a very long time to heat the towels. I'm unsure if I'm just being unreasonable or if mine is a bit of a lemon, as this is only the second towel warmer I've ever used. It does work however, it just takes some time.Installing is very simple, with 4 separate stands that mount to the wall and then lock into the short tubes that mount the actual tower warmer itself, to the wall. It's a system that works quite well and is easy to put together. I do find that the touch screen works but is not super sensitive; probably to prevent it from being accidentally turned on. It hasn't posed a problem for me so far, but it's worth noting.Overall from the eyes of a towel warmer newbie, it's not a bad product. It's well built, easy to install, and works. It's just in my eyes, somewhat slow to heat.

Electric Heated Towel Rack for $209.99 with a 10% off Coupon.This 12 bar rack came well protected in the box and says on the box that it's UL certified, but I don't see any markings on the actual rack itself.It's pretty lightweight and is made of aluminum with a nice black paint finish.Comes with the hardware to install this on your wall and is pretty simple to install with the included instructions and it just plugs in , so no electrical work needed.The touch screen controls work well and are very simple for adjusting the time from 1 up to 8 hours. The temperature can be set to 115° , 125° , 135° , 145° & 155° .I wanted to see how much electricity this rack uses and it seemed to jump around a lot from anywhere between 100w to 250w , but I'd say the average was in the 150w to 165w range.I think this rack adds an added touch of luxury to a bathroom and does help with drying out towels. It's not like the towels get hot , but they get warm enough to dry out the towel and therefore not have moldy towels.It is more work putting the towels on this rack though as opposed to just throwing the towel up on a hook.Overall , a solid quality rack, that was easy to install and worked great.4.5 / 5 Stars.

I absolutely love my heated towel rack! The 1-8 hour timer is incredibly convenient, allowing me to set it just before my shower. This 4-Bar Electric Heated Towel Rack has been a great addition in my master bathroom. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern blending well with my bathroom decor. I like that its wall mounted and does not occupy much space perfect for keeping things organized. The stainless steel construction feels solid and durable. Also, I like that it’s waterproof perfect for bathrooms. The adjustable temperature settings are a nice touch and the built in timer with an LED display makes it convenient. I usually set it for about an hour and it automatically turns off. This is perfect as I don’t have to remember to switch it off manually. Installation was pretty straightforward though it did take some time to mount securely. . One thing I have noticed is that with only four bars it works best for one or two towels at a time. Also, while it gets towels warm and dry it’s not the kind of heat that makes them super toasty like in a high end spa. Overall, it keeps my towels dry and warm making my morning routine a little more comfortable.
