A must for any bathroom ! Dries the towels very quickly, has a built-in 2/4hr timer, just perfect ! Looks very stylish too ! Dried towels can be used quite a few times, remain fresh & nice. Damp towels require very frequent washes. $$$avings!

Believe the reviews....Ordered it thinking it would arrive in perfect condition....but no!! It arrived scratched all over...we plugged it just to see if it would turn hot.....no!! Wasnt impressed.......we ended up ordering another one a bit more expensive.....

As others have stated, the workmanship of this item is so-so. My husband was able to make it work, but if he had not been present I likely would have returned it and bought another one. That being said, it does warm my towels and will be especially nice once temperatures drop again.

Takes a while to heat up and does not get the towel very warm. I do like the two and four hour auto-turn off settings.

If you order this, make sure you have lots of strength in your arms. It's very heavy. And I had to send it back because I have no way to hold it up to install it. When I got it, the box was kinda beat up.

I bought 2 of these and both were poorly constructed. Both items had loose anchor points in the frame so the attachment bolts for the feet could not screw into the frame. One of the towel holders had no 90 degree angles in the construction.

As it’s summer time, we don’t use it yet, so I cannot say if it’s great or not as far as heat is concerned. The look is great and perfect for the small space. We can just plug it, so no electrical installation required.
