This towel heater simply does not do the job. It’s barely luke-warm at its highest setting. You’re far better of with a regular plug in space heater. What a waste!

Looks ok, not bad quality, installed it plugged it in and it warmed up quickly, but it’s red hot, put a tool into it and it melted the towel, unplugged and now uninstalled!

I installed this in my mom's bathroom. She lives with me and gets quite cold. She loves it and says the towels feel like they're fresh from the washer. It heats pretty quickly too. It's a nice luxury to have!

I think it's an excellent product we have installed it pretty easily and it works splendid you pick the time you hang the towel and it does the job

.Very nice quality matte black coating on the metal. Mounting hardware included. Simply plugs in an AC socket. Makes a real difference! Like fresh out of the dryer warm feeling. Looking forward to the winter now! For the utility and looks, great value !

This has worked well in our small bathroom. It was a bit difficult to install but I chalk that up to mostly not having the right tools. It takes a long time to fully dry one bath towel, but thanks to the little timer you can set it and forget it. Overall, I like it for the price!

Definitely worth the money. But it is not built perfectly precise, since the anchors for example don't measure the exact same distance on both sides. Just take your time when installing.

So far this product does not disappoint it is easy to operate & drys the towels. I have a bathroom with out a window so not much in airflow so the towels tend to take a longer time to dry especially in the summer when we have the air conditioning on so this warm heating bar does the trick.

Setscrew hole isn’t properly drilled and so the screw can’t go in. Extremely frustrating considering it was the last step in the process and I’ve already drilled all my holes. Also the drywall plugs they provide are cheap and simply buckle when hammered.

I think the biggest thing I don't like about this is the extension cord being very short. You have to install this near an outlet and most people have their outlets near a sink / toilet, making this hard to use if you don't have any extra outlets inside the bathroom. The concept is good, heating your towel while you take a shower or just help dry out the towel when you have a damp bathroom with no windows. However, the cord is just way to short to make this a good addition to any bathroom. I almost have to drill for a new outlet to just make this work. Make sure you have enough room next to the outlet for this product or else it's just not as useful.
