Doesn’t get hot enough, removed it from wall,I would purchase the one that sits on the ground gets hot fast and less that 5 mins. I originally had a 1 star but changed it to a 4 . I contacted customer support and they were very helpful . I requested a refund and they understood why , explained my situation. They were also very quick in responding back . So their customer support was exceptional.

I can’t think of a negative element. It works reliably well in warming/drying our towels and has two time settings. Large enough for our use of 2 bath and 1 hand towels, small enough to fit nicely and out-of-the-way in our smallish bathroom.

The product is as advertised and does the job well. Be aware though, that for small children, the surface gets quite hot if touched directly. Warms and dries towels very well and no issues with the timer or function so far.

My bathroom usually is cool so in the winter months my bath towels don't dry and stay rather damp. I have used this for a few days and now NO MORE damp towels. For my environment i need to run it for 4 hours but it usually dries the towels in that time frame. Note also the residual heat also heats up the bathroom which is kinda nice. Very easy to install, very happy with this purchase.

Product was shipped quickly. Packing was very secure. Installation instructions were easy to follow and installation was simple. Good product works great……we bought a 2nd one.

It does warm a towel and dry it if you set it for 4 hours. The towel is warm but I would like it more so. Perhaps giving more time but I am cheap with the power bill.I live alone, so only one towel Not sure how it would work for more. Just a lot more time I guess.
