I installed this heated towel rack in my master bathroom and has added a touch of luxury. The brushed nickel finish blends well with my decor and the wall mounted design saves space while keeping towels neatly organized. The LED touch screen is easy to use letting me adjust both the timer and the temperature. I love that it heats up quickly and my towels are warm. Also the memory function is a nice touch since it remembers my last settings. However, installation was a bit of a hassle. Mounting it required precise drilling and proper alignment which took some time. Overall, it is perfect for keeping towels cozy though not a full on dryer. Still having a warm towel ready after a shower makes a big difference.

Keeps you toasty warm after a shower.Install was a bit tricky find a location but overall it was easy to setup and use.I love getting out of the shower to a hot towel now.

it's easy to set up no wiring required as it's plug in option...I wish it was capable to do both..as for some plug in would be easy and enough. But for others they prefer to wire as don't want to deal with cords, but in my situation I dont mind plugging in for now but once do Reno would prefer to wire it and unfortunately it won't work later & as of now even though the cord is very long the positioning of my outlet in ensuite if won't work (even though it reaches)But I won't hold that against it as it is still overall light so very easy to mount & Comes with all the hardware you need to do so. The rack has a power control on the side which lets you set the temperature as well as a shut off time.. It is kindda cool that it will even remember your last setting and start there the next time you use itso you don't need to set each time👌🏽...It will be nice when coming out of shower or bath especially during the winter months🙌🏽

Plug is on the right side of the unit and it is a short coiled plug. Where I need to plug in is on the left side and the only way I can do this is if I turn the unit upside down and install. I did find that the unit itself heated up well and made the towels adequately warm. It's designed for easy installation. Metal seems to be of a good quality.

Arrived faulty.Unfortunately had already installed it on wall, plugged in, did not warm up even remotely.Did all the troubleshooting, nada.Quite frustrating.Quite a lot of a money for someone that didn't work right out of the box.Only saving grace: seller was willing to replace it, but that's still a lot of hassle and still no guarantee that a new one would work any better.

This Towel Warmer comes with an intelligent Touch Screen Timer and definitely provides fast heating of your towels. Now we step out of the shower with warmth and comfort. Its like having a spa in your bathroom. We love it!

I am finishing my basement and order this from my lower level bathroom for my sons. I saw negative reviews before, but I myself have not had any problems. It was easy to set up an easy wire. It’s not winter yet, but my son has used it and it does work. I feel when it gets colder in the winter months and the basement is colder. This will get used significantly more.

the main mistake with this product is that they promote the temperature that it reaches between 115 and 155 degrees Fahrenheit, which is false since on the surface it only reaches up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit on all the bars. This is not all bad, let's say that it is warm enough to dry a towel in a couple of hours. But the problem here is that they are making a false promotion that it reaches 115 up to 155 Fahrenheit and it is not true. let's see how long it lasts because the problem with this is that since the temperature is very low it has to work for more hours to achieve the same result as a bar that has a higher temperature.I contacted them to inquire whether the product malfunctioned, arrived damaged, or was designed for a 220-volt outlet. Their response explained that the product uses carbon fibers, with temperature controlled by an internal sensor inside the stainless steel tube, and that external temperature readings may be inaccurate. However, they did not fully explain the discrepancy between the internal temperature of 155°F and the external reading of 80°F. This suggests the product's efficiency is low, resulting in high energy consumption with a significant portion unusable. I find this explanation unconvincing, as my measured amperage does not match the advertised wattage, implying that their promotional claims regarding power are inaccurate. The usable temperature is the external temperature, not the internal in my opinion.

This heated towel rack is pretty good but not perfect. I noticed that at times it does struggle to heat up or tends to get hotter on certain bars than others. I do use this every shower but it could be better. I am comfortable using it as its very sleek and modern but the heat could be an issue for someone who is a perfectionist.
