However, advertisement says pkg 11 succulents, I only received 10. Why the difference? Anyone know why?

I’m happy so far that I received all eleven succulents in healthy condition. Quick delivery. Includes a product care information card and a second card with an offer for three months free trial of the Greg app. I mention it because the care card is helpful and I think the Greg app is the bees knees! It’s basically social media for plants and plant information. You upload your plants and it tells you when and how much to water and fertilize them. You can ask and answer questions, post about your gardening setup, and follow specific plant tags to cultivate your feed. Highly recommend these little succulents but don’t miss the info in the box!

I was blown away by how beautiful and healthy these Costa Farms succulents are. I have not purchased plants from Costa Farms before, but my daughter has. And she highly recommends them. These little babies came well packed in a box, wrapped in brown paper shreds and plastic. It also had a small heat pack. Each one of them was in great condition. I got a good variety. Although there were 3 identical ones (Haworthia Fasciata), I don't mind. I truly love every single one of them. I highly recommend buying plants from Costa Farms.

I purchased the 11 live succulents as part of a gift. When they arrived almost every one of them had little to no soil in the pots they came in. The succulents were falling apart and most only had a head with dried up roots. My recommendation is, if you want to purchase something like this to buy local. I’m really disappointed in this purchase

Plants were in good condition. Not they variety I was expecting. Only 2 or three different succulent types. Disappointing.

I wanted a nice variety of succulents - these are almost all the same, only one coloured, none flower. Very disappointed.

First off I'm want to say while my pictures look bad please realize this was 100% the postal services fault and the weather.The packing was perfect. There was a heat pad in the bottom. All the plants had a ton of packaging to keep them safe. It was also stone cold and late by a day or two. We had a big storm come through and I'm pretty sure these were left in a dock somewhere because the heat pack didn't even have a gasp of warmth.I reached out to the farm and they've been lovely. They asked for pictures and my order number and will be sending me replacements though I'm not sure how many. I've asked they delay shipment for a few weeks and they agreed without issue.I went a bit succulent wild this month and this is one of a few orders and my favorite by far. While you can't tell because they're all frozen and damaged the selection was lovely. They looked to have been very healthy and vibrant before frozen solid and having all their little cell walls burst :( I have two duplicates out of the batch I think. A few may survive but a little kess than a week out from delivery 3 are dead dead and 5 more I give barely 50-50 chance. They must have gotten frozen solid. A shame, they looked beautiful. I will update this when I get the replacements.

They all appear to be healthy and intact. The included picture is just after removing the packing, so they have a little bit of dirt and whatnot. I had these sent as a gift to someone across the country, he was very happy to receive them.As best as I can tell from the picture he sent me, there is fantastic variety both in color, shape, and texture. I was slightly worried they'd all be about the same shape and color, but there is a good variety of tall/low lying, green/pink/frosted, fuzzy/smooth, and fat/thin leaved plants. Exactly the variety needed to make an arrangement. I'll have to see what they look like once they've grown a little bit and cleaned up, but I almost think I got a better variety than their model image of 11 possible plants. Two of them look fairly similar, but it doesn't bother me (and again, I'm viewing baby plants just from a picture, who knows what they'll grow into). I'm far from a succulent expert, I just think they look cool.I'll be sure to update if something happens and a bunch die, but I'm pretty hopeful, especially as I'm not the one trying to keep them alive. =) First time buying plants online, pretty happy with the results.
