My grips fit perfect. I got a small and my palms are 3.75 inches. The finger holes feel like they fit perfect, not loose but not too tight. I haven't tried them on the bar yet but you can tell they are good quality fabric / leather too. I also love the color!

Feels really solid, but also feels like you losing blood to the tip of your fingers because the holes for fingers are so small. I start not inserting my fingers to do pull ups.

These grips are awesome, very sturdy around the wrist so they double as wrist guard. The leather is very nice and didn't require too much work to start breaking them in. As most of the other reviews indicate the finger holes are quite tight - I found them easy to get on by hard to take off. That being said, I usually prefer to not use the finger holes anyways. For the price, these were a great buy!!

I'd that most of the positive reviews here, are from testers / members who received the product for free. I purchased this at full price, and followed the posted instructions for seize. As it turns out, the holes are incredibly small and narrow and unless you're willing to start piecemealing it, no adult fingers would fit (unless if they randomly assign holes seizes to different glove seizes, in which case it'll always be a hit or miss..)Also the grip is pretty slippery / material too soft, which make these rather poor for pull-ups, and puts more tensions on your hands / prompt to blisters. There was a card inside the box to reach out to their customer in case you're unhappy with the product. I did send a courtesy email with my feedback, and got a short straightforward response : if you're unhappy, return them. Cheers.I don't recommend

Hadn't trained Crossfit for awhile but with the quarantine going, decided to get my basement gym going. Hung a pull up bar and decided to try my first Cindy in the last 3 years. Quickly remembered that after training for awhile you build hand callouses and have to deal with tears and bleeding when you do a lot of pull ups, deadlifts and ballistic lifts. Back when I used to Crossfit at a box, I would tape my hands a lot to try to reduce the amount of bleeding I did. Saw an ad for these and decided to give a try. Wow! very impressed. Instantly solved the issue of torn hands and callouses. I can do pull ups and deadlifts all night with these and my hands stay protected. As others noted, I found the finger holes a bit small, but once warm (from training), they feel great. Fit tight on the fingers and I can adjust the wrist straps to be tight or loose if I want more support or more flexibility (ex. for pushups). Absolutely love these and wish I would have had them back when I trained at a box.

I've spent money on a whole range of grips as my hands always rip when I do my CrossFit WODs and I have never been satisfied until now... These grips are great, the cover a large are of your hand, and most important for me because my wrist are not the strongest, they give me great wrist support without having to wear a seperate support.Previous grip I have purchased I always end up with the problem of the plastic ring that the strap goes through digging into my wrist causing pain and stopping my workout but with these grips the wrist supports go far enough around that this is no longer a problem and they are really comfortable. The finger holes start a little tight but as I have experienced with previous grips these will soon stretch and having them smaller to begin with will mean that they wont get too big once they are worn in.Very happy with this purchase..

I've been looking for gloves and grips that were easy to put on and protect my hands from blisters that always formed after a couple of workouts. Found this pair on Amazon and boy were they exactly what I needed. They are very comfortable, easy to put on and the thumb grips are very handy. Comes with a nifty little pouch to ensure you don't lose your thumb grips. The quality is really good and feels great when lifting heavy weights or doing chinups. The fit is spot on but it's starting to stretch as I've used them for a month now. The base of my fingers to my wrist is 4.25" and the medium was perfect as the grips are beginning to stretch as mentioned. If you looking at getting the Grip Power Pads vs conventional gloves, I find regular workout gloves restrictive. If you like the regular grip feel without the blisters and want to ditch the gloves, I recommend this pair of grips.

I've been using these four for the last 9 weeks about three times per week. For the price you're paying I'm 100% recommending these. They're durable, comfortable, and will withstand anything you throw them. I can't stress it enough, use the measurement guide to make sure you get the right size. Mine were super snug when I first started using them which is expected, but over a period of a week or two will slightly loosen up as you use them.Sizing as critical so please measure your palm. I've got a nice tight firm fitment, No pinching, no issues at all.If you are looking for good CrossFit grips this is your one stop shop.

I have now used this product 3-4 times since purchase. when I first put them on, they were extremely difficult to take off due to the finger holes being too small. Through rigorous stretching and cutting a small portion, they are more comfortable now. The wrist strap is very comfortable I Must admit. One thing I am quite disappointed with is my hands are stained red after training with my red grips... I dont know if the other colored grips do this however. overall good product but I wish I would have purchased a black pair
