I've had this necklace for about 9 months and so far the chain looks like new - the gold hasn't rubbed off at all. It's a fairly dark gold which I don't necessarily love but that's just personal preference! In person, the gem in it definitely looks a little cheap though.

Warning: chain sent is not what is pictured. Pictured is a heavy cuban chain with very little space between links, sent chain is has thinner tubing and tons of space between links. Acknowledging that this is costume jewelry and hence the price, but at least have the photo represent the actual product. Waste of time.

Looks just like the photos, and doesn't look cheap! The gold and emerald colours go well with more than half the wardrobe. A nice simple yet interesting design, it will go well with most occasions too! I have no criticisms or complaints, the price seems fair and its exactly as described. 5 stars all the way, a really great product.
