Sometimes you want to measure a company by how they treat you if there is an issue in the future, and this was the case. The alternator I bought almost a year ago started intermittently dropping voltage at low RPM. Electronics can be that way. One email to support and they knew my original address and shipped a replacement instantly. The warranty was almost up but it didn’t factor in at all. Thanks again for service that’s hard to find these days.

Ordered this alternator just over a year ago. The first alternator that arrived had a rattle noise to it as well as a clicking noise when I spun the pulley right out of the box, I had no issues with this seller and getting it replaced with a new one, it was a quick and pleasant experience. the new one came with no rattles and no noises I installed it on my boat approximately one year ago and noticed there was a slight rubbing or possibly a bearing noise my first thought was that it would eventually disappear and it just seems like a newness issue cosidering it was in the most awkward place to get at I was hoping I wouldn't have to pull things apart againhowever having used the boat since June 1st on the weekends I've noticed that this noise is getting louder and louder I may have an issue developing here, however it is still working and it is still charging and other than this rubbing noises I have no issues fingers crossed

Alternator works great. The price was good. The only thing was that the pulley was different ,slightly larger diameter and it stuck out a bit too far putting the belt alignment out. I swapped the pulley with the original mercruiser 350 magnum 2008 pulley and it is perfect now. I would buy again because of the price.
