I had the books on my daughter's shelf in her room. Apparently they aren't meant to hold up many books as the books pushed the bookend off and crashed when she was sleeping. They are cute yet useless.

I love these emoji bookends! Nice heavy wood, a good paint job and a nice size makes for a good product which looks adorable in my grandkids bedroom when they come for a visit.
