Finally able to review this after installing this on our recent basement bath remodel.First off this is not a trim kit and you are still required to purchase the rough-in valve model R10000 in order to install this fixture. This will definitely not be ideal for DIYers as the level of difficulty requires a professional to install.The features itself once installed are great.The water flow and pressure work as expected.After a week or so of use, my wife and I have not noticed any sudden fluctuations in water pressure or temp change as the pressure balance valve works well so far.Overall, aside from having to purchase the rough-in valve separately, causing a slight delay in installation this product works as intended so far. Will definitely leave a follow up review in about 6 months to provide feedback on long term usage.

I’m remodeling my bathroom and I’m replacing everything. The house I live in was built in 1912 it’s the old family house. My bathroom is the original one from the 50s. It’s on of those metal bath tubs. It got remodeled a couple times over the history of the house. The last time it was done they used cheap stuff.Delta is a premium brand you can’t go wrong with the quality of this stuff. I got the black color one. The way this sprays is so nice and the installation wasn’t bad. I always watch YouTube videos before tackling stuff like this which shows step by step.The shower head has a lot of adjustments with different spray patterns. It looks and feels premium and with that the price is premium lol but you get what you pay for. When I’m done with my bathroom it’s going to look incredible.
