We purchased this in January & the plumber just tried to to install it but the cartridge was broken and the downspout doesn't work to allow the water to flow to the shower head. We called Delta & they told us this model was obsolete 5 years ago and there are no parts available to fix it!!! The phone # Amazon gave us for the seller is no longer in service!!!

It doesn’t feel like a Delta faucet. Parts are mostly plastic and especially the temperature handle. The temperature handle doesn’t fit snug and feels like it will snap out or get broken any time. It is hard to adjust the hot water limits when installing. We bought it for the shower head and temperature adjustment. It looks nice for sure.

Pro: if you installed any shower system before this product should be a breeze. The cartridge is reliable compare to product in the same price range. This is probably the best looking for 2 in 1 in market currently.Con: water pressure needs improvement. The product has a smooth flow and could definitely be better. There is a hack of removing water restrictor to allow more flow but it shouldn't be necessary knowing other brands can do better. Temperature adjustment is a must, understanding the default is prevent scalding, it's still set too low.Conclusion: at the end of the day, I still believe it deserve 4 stars for reliability, cost, and aesthetics.

We wanted to upgrade our shower hardware and found this which looked very nice. It's not very nice. It's junk, and I'm sad to say that because it was expensive.First off, much of it is plastic and not metal. That alone makes it not worth the high price tag. Second, it somewhat broke after two uses. The water would not shut off! My husband had to work with the thing for nearly an hour and ended up lubricating it to get it to work. The temperature control lever is a good feature, but we're afraid to really use it because that's what caused things to misalign and not be able to shut the water off (and yes, we bought the rough that is to go with it).Third, the diverter spout broke on the fourth use. During a shower, the little piece you pull to divert the water from the faucet to the shower head just broke and rendered it useless. We contacted Delta support and it took two months to receive a new one. Support was awful. Slow responses, and their entire process was way slower than it needed to be. Efficiency is not their strong point. Sure, Delta has a lifetime warranty, but good luck when you need to act upon it (note I said "when," not "if").The water pressure is awful. We have good pressure in our house and our old one was fantastic. This one sucks and apparently there's no way to improve it. There are multiple settings, which is a positive feature. That positivity is almost negated because on a couple of the settings, we notice it leaks. I also like that the center of the shower head detaches to use as a wand. That is how this product got two stars (two feels almost too generous). The wand part is about the only sturdy feeling piece and it snaps into place with a magnet. You can elect to have just the wand using water and not the shower head piece if you want as well, so again that is a nice feature.We are so disappointed with this and how much it cost. It's poorly made and with inferior pieces that break right off the bat. So saddened by this, and it has certainly steered us away from the Delta brand. I recommend to avoid this item.

I thought shower components were supposed to be metal. Guess I was wrong. This setup is not good. If I were not stuck with the contractor coming to install and can't get a replacement fast enough I would have returned this. The part where the hand held clips into the other showerhead is unbelievably hard to work. If we installed that it would have ripped the thing off the wall - it is that hard to remove and replace. The valve trim handle is metal on the large handle but plastic on the other - why can't they make both pieces out of metal? How long is this going to last before the plastic fades or gets scratched? The worst part is the tub filler part. That is 100% plastic. It looks like finger prints will stick to it a lot. It is hard to wipe off the fingerprints. Time will tell if we replace that. We already bought another showerhead with handle to replace this one. We are stuck because we thought for the price it would be a quality part. The only reason we didn't return it is we need the valve and thought the idea of being able to switch out the trim at a later date was a great idea. Hopefully we don't regret this later.

this shower package is stunning. Water pressure better than anticipated based on other folks' reviews......it's perfect. of note, does not include the pressure valve, although description implied that it did. other than that, very very happy with this product.
