Featuring ergonomic handles to provides comfortable sharpening, deburring, and honing in tight spaces, you can handily maneuver the easy access tips that measure in at .033" thick in tight spots. Each diamond surface measures 2.5" x .75". Included in this kit is a coarse diamond stone (45 micron / 325 mesh) to quickly restore a neglected edge, a fine diamond stone (25 micron / 600 mesh) to hone a razor sharp edge, and an extra-fine diamond stone (9 micron / 1200 mesh) to polish and refine a razor edge after sharpening with a coarser diamond. Thanks to its micronized monocrystalline diamond surface you can sharpen edges faster and easier than conventional stones can. I bought these diamond hones to use for sharping my kitchen knives. I have sharpening stones but these work faster. I use the coarse diamond hone to shape the bevel, and the finer hones to put a nice smooth edge on a knife.I find these faster than using my sharpening stones. Additionally, I use water on the stones and these diamond hones are used dry, which is nice in certain environments.

I wish they were stamped with Coarse, Fine, and Extra Fine. They are not so you just have to remember. I used a sharpie to write it on the handles.
