It was a bit tricky to find the best setup - wired earbuds to phone, usbc-usbc between midi port on piano and phone.I would have preferred to plug the earbuds into the audio jack of the keyboard, but sound volume was poor.

I'm just a beginner so I thought this piano would great to start. Sounds great and even better with Amp and speakers. Full size keys and clean look. Keys felt not quite like an acoustic piano though. I found the velocity feature a bit annoying but it can be shut off. Setting the tones and other features seemed tricky and would have helped to have a label or chart attached to the piano so I could easily select. Definitely worth the money though.

The stand for the keyboard was missing two items so the stand was completely unusable. I contacted Donner to try to have them just send out the missing items but instead they just told me that no the printed instructions and images on the website were incorrect, but did not provide me with the โcorrectโ instructions showing how the keyboard attaches to the stand. Will now be forced to return the item and purchase a different keyboard that will actually suit my needs.

We bought this keyboard for my daughter taking piano lessons. It has the full 88 keys, and only piano sound. It also has a headphone jack so she can practice workout bothering anybody else in the home.--->After reading reviews, so many people said using the headphones made it TOO QUIET and you can hardly hear it... WE KNOW WHY! When using headphones with volume buttons on them, it doesn't work well at all. But we bought audio only headphones without any of the fancy stuff on it ($10 at a local electronics store) and IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY! So if you are having issues, buy the audio only headphones WITHOUT VOLUME CONTROL on them. The sound is great now and what a great price for a quality product.

The keyboard is as advertised. It is a good starter piece to see if the player takes to learning without breaking the bank, but there was an issue with the item, as one of the keys was dead.We contacted Donner and they responded within 24 hours with troubleshooting steps. After I slacked on applying the procedure or getting back to them, they sent a follow up message, unsolicited, to inquire if the steps had worked. When I told them they hadn't, they immediately shipped me a new unit, free of charge.It has been a long time since retailer has been this concerned about my satisfaction with their product.Well done, Donner!!

Beau piano les reglage sont un peut difficile d acces le son est pas tres puissant mais pour pratiquez c est parfait les touche sont a velociter ce qui est quand meme cool pour le prix la connectivitรฉ bluethooth c est cool pour jouer avec garage band ou autre app compatible
