Quite pricey, though they do last quite a while

My wife and I make custom jewelry; I use this stone in conjunction with a Foredom flex-shaft power tool mainly to smooth corners on small pieces of sterling silver. This stone is rather soft so it wears more quickly than a harder, more coarse stone would, but it leaves a smooth surface that doesn't have to be followed up with a finer-grit stone, thus saving an extra step in the manufacturing process. However it's not so soft that it requires replacement too frequently; in fact it's just about ideal for our purpose. However I do wish these were available in a larger quantity, such as a dozen, for a discount in the per-unit price.

These little buggers are expensive, but they work very well for polishing or cleaning up metal.

This is the only attachment that will polish high tensile steel without leaving scratch marks. Just work it in a circular motion and it buffs up really well!

These are quite simply the finest way to smooth down rough edges with a Dremel. Works on hardwoods, plastics, and metals. But, this may also be one of the most expensive ways to do so, as they don't last too long. However, if you need a good finish, to include carefully wearing down one nub to make a section flat, or to establish a brilliant shine, then these are the discs for the job.
