It's a nice good quality built tool. I got the aluminum housing version which I prefer due to being oldschool I guess, no other reason. I returned it because I didn't realize how small it was. I needed something more powerful so ended up going with the edge series.

I have owned this for years now and as a welder use it almost daily. The wrenches they give you aren’t the greatest so I use real wrenches to tighten it. But it has lasted a long time, fits in tight spots and is powerful for its size. Great value for the cost!

My 20 + year old IR died and my cheap replacement/spare was so loud I couldn't use it. Thankful to have another IR die grinder....SO QUIET !!!

I've had a decent amount of use from this since I bought it, very happy with the quality, it's small size makes it ideal for tight spaces in automotive engineering.

High quality tool that is compact and gets the job done. I have a home/garage workshop - perfect tool for the handyman. I've used a number of different tools and bits on this so far and it's been impressive. Highly recommended!

Awesome size, awesome performance - only taking off one star because I had to take off the bottom hex fitting and put some sealant tape and thread locker on it and put it back together, cuz it leaked rather badly out of the box. No biggy really, but putting it in a vice with some rags to get the stupid fitting off was more of a pita than it really should have been, since the flat spot on the handle isn't really sufficient to do that with. Also, the speed adjustment doesn't make much sense. The screw either has it at high or low, there's no in between, and I'm not even sure at this point how far in or out the screw actually is, it doesn't really stop in either direction. Not very straight forward at all. To be fair, the high and low settings are pretty much what you would need, but I wish this could go a LITTLE slower, like 20% slower at the slowest setting.Still holds up to the ones my friends have that they paid double/triple for, so it's a great bargain, probably the best you will find on an air die grinder. Awesome for porting heads with. Can't comment on air requirements, I have a giant 60g air compressor pumping 90psi into it with no problems. After ~2 minutes straight of grinding at full, the compressor will kick on for like a minute and fill back up, whatever that tells ya.

Works very well, however the collet nut becomes loose and slips off, letting the burr drop out. This happens after about a minute of use, no matter how much force I use to tighten it. It would seem that, from all of the other good reviews, I may have just received a bad one.

good die grinder but it is a LOT smaller than you would think, cant tell from the pictures. Works good but I kinda look like a girl doing my nails while I'm grinding a weld clean :)
