Does the job. I actually thought it would be less sturdy but it’s much sturdier than the old one I had. Great price. Easily set up !!

Not too bad, well worth the approx. $20 ...it's a little flimsy though so if you want a sturdy, standard one that you'd find is a music classroom, spend the extra $20-30. This one will do the job though!

I needed a compact, light, and reliable music stand. This fit the bill perfect. Its really lighter than I thought - and while that does may imply a bit of 'cheapness' its still feels pretty robust. I don't ever feel like its going to break while I was unpacking and setting it up. It was a bit confusing to 'unpack' at first - had to get used to have everything moved - but once did it a couple times its gotten easier.The carrying case and the weight of it really are great to me - I needed something I could just throw in my backpack that wouldn't weigh me down - a 'just in case' type thing and thats exactly what this stand is. It is durable enough that when I first tried setting it wrong (and bent it a weird way) it didn't break and once set up its surprisingly stable despite how light it it is. It's pretty easy to pack down back into the super compact mode as well.If you don't need a music stand all the time this is perfect - if you are using the music stand every day I'd say spend a bit more money but for someone using it a couple times a week this was more than enough.
