What is Permethrin?
Permethrin is a synthetic version of pyrethrins. Pyrethrins have long been known for rapid knockdown of insects. Although permethrin is more stable than pyrethrins, it is still degraded by the ultraviolet rays of the sun. This results in a relatively short residual life in the presence of sunlight. When protected from the sun, permethrin will provide residual/long lasting activity.

Ladies and Gents do not waist your money and time on this product, it does not work as well as they claim it does. It's made with Ciminella which is a bug repellant not a poison and after it dries up the bed bugs and roaches come right back.

I am happy with it but you do have to alternate products for bed bugs so it works 80 percent on its own.

I live in an apartment building that became infested with bedbugs. Exterminators sprayed units 7 times. There were still some bugs around. I bought this and used it 3 times, following directions. It seems to have eradicated the problem. As for some people liking the smell, well I'm not sure about that. I mask up, spray and then leave the building (as recommended) until it dries so that you don't inhale the fumes from the liquid. I found it dried in less than 30 minutes. Far better than the exterminators wanting you to stay out of the building for 4 or 5 hours. I highly endorse this product when used as directed.

We had silverfish, which apparently like to nest in between walls. The sprayer worked fine to put a small stream all along the quarter round where I saw them. It did its job! Not a strong odour, but I did mask up, wear gloves and stay away until it dried (probably longer than I needed to) to be on the cautious side. But I didn’t buy it for the smell, but rather to kill the bugs and happily it did that.

I had this before and it worked great. It worked so well I had no thaught on buying another. This second bottle (I was using for fruit flies) I can directly spray them then after it dries they will just fly away. I expect they had to change the formula for regulation of this new world we live in but wish I could get the old version. I don't recommend what they have now.

I bought it to kill the cockroaches in my kitchen area, I sprayed on them directly, but they were swimming in it and later were trying to run away! Then I had to use a kitchen paper towel/slippers to kill them; so though this product has pyrethrin, please note it is neither very strong nor very effective on American/Canadian household roaches; Either use Raid (red spray bottle, kills on contact) or use boric acid (can be found in local stores); They are both effective ways ! This might work on smaller tiny insects, but not for roaches, hence less stars; Scent wise this is tolerable, but if you have sensitive nose, you will sneeze; Easy to use; but no value for money as it didn't help me;
