Is not sealed and there is moisture in the window where you are supposed to get your reading. This is mounted on a wall beside an inverter. Inverter is fine so product is not sealed.

Its not working all!connection is right but no responce at all its just waste of time and money when you return its worthless

I bought the 40 amp DC to DC charger a few weeks before my battery arrived. The charger arrived quickly and the product looked good quality. Once the battery arrived the return date had already passed for the DC to DC charger. I installed everything as per the instructions, but unfortunately there was an issues with the charger. I emailed Eco-Worthy with the issue and they were very responsive. They walked me through several troubleshooting steps, but in the end there was something wrong with the unit. Eco-Worthy apologized for the inconvenience and are sending me a replacement unit. I requested them to downsize the unit to a 20 amp, which they agreed to and will also be refunding me the price difference of the two units. I'm very pleased with my interaction with Eco-Worthy. The customer service was second to none. Highly recommend dealing with them.

They advertise a 40 amp DC to DC charger and controller when really it's a 20 amp DC to DC charger for my vehicle and 40 amp from the solar. I thought it would be 40 amp from the DC to DC and also from this sort that would make sense but if you start reading their tech support sheets it does not support for the amps from the DC to DC

I won't install this device for a couple of months. I do have Eco Worthy gear on my boat and it performs perfectly. That in mind, I don't hesitate to purchase their gear because it's actually well made, safe and durable.I have no doubt this DC to DC charger will perform flawlessly once installed between my 280 ah Eco Worthy LiPO4 battery and 200 ah lead acid starter batteries.

Fonctionne très bien! Support à la clientèle moyen! Il m’a été difficile de comprendre si la gestion du solaire et du chargement à partir de l’alternateur et des conséquences (risques) sur l’alternateur serait bien pris en compte. Les instructions sont simplistes et les réponses du support aussi. En plus l’ajout d’un moniteur a été nécessaire pour bien gérer le courant et la charge. Donc oui il gère les deux mais un contrôleur solaire et un Mppt Dc to Dc ferait aussi très bien l’affaire!
