Nice padding on the case, the elastic band that goes over the top is adjustable by adjusting the knot. When you release the clip it flips back making it easy to pull the radio out. Can press the ptt through the material. Nice molle straps and fits perfectly on mystery ranch line pack webbing. Definitely revised compared to the old reviewers and its sturdy. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is it being a bit tall so I folded the front flap in a bit to expose the speaker a bit more. Definitely recommend if you need a case for a brick radio out on the line

Well made little pouch! It fits my Baofang and has room for other things, I keep some smaller stuff underneath my radio so nothing is in the way. I love this pouch, it's durable, it can be added basically anywhere on your kit whether it be chest rig or backpack. Highly recommend!
