My mother in law would be sitting right beside the phone and couldn’t hear it ringing. This thing makes it so loud, I think the neighbors can hear it. lolGreat purchase for the hard of hearing.

I bought this bell ringer to put in my garage so I could hear the phone when I'm working in my garage or in my driveway. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. when the phone rings, it sound a very loud alarm so I can tell the phone is ringing. I can be 20-30 feet away and still hear it. Or I can be using some noisy machinery and still hear it. It works great. Good value!

I was a little disappointed when it arrived it looked very cheaply made and thought this was not gonna work. But I have to say it worked exactly as promised much better than I thought. This is great for people that don't hear the phone because they're hard of hearing. Super easy to set up and is loud enough for the average home. If you have phones on multiple levels I suggest you buy more than one.

I live with my grandma, she is 93 and suffers from regular elderly hearing impairment (she has hearing aids during the day). We bought this because she wasn't hearing our phones, even with hearing aids. When this arrived, it looked like cheap plastic and I was worried.... but boy was I wrong, it is incredibly good at its job. If you're wondering if this will work for you or be loud enough, let me tell you: we live in a 7 bedroom ranch house (very long) and we wrapped a towel around it to try a mute it a little, and we can hear this thing in any room of the house or even outside on our front porch. Better yet, I was working nights and forgot my keys, had to call her to open the door in the middle of the night (so no hearing aids) and she not only heard the phone, but I could hear the phone from outside in my car. It is LOUD LOUD LOUD.
