I train Kali, be care with these, they are for working light technique and light sparring, they can break easily if you are striking hard. They are supposed to be light in case you do get hit or drop on a bare foot. For more intense drills use actual wood.

They broke very easily. The first day I used them. They were pipe wrapped in foam. I thought they were sticks.
