The stool is fine but space for the legs to go in the slot is very low in height . Unless you are already very very flexible it could work. I am a medium built man 5 feet 10 with 170 lbs weight. I can sit on it with legs crossing in front but not as shown in diagram where shows legs backwards. its almost impossibleIt seems its more adaptable for kids or light weight / slim humans who are thin and already flexible.if you are medium built , can take a few days to get used to it but I do have to use a cushion in front. Overall , its ok. It took me a few days to get used to it. I like to give my honest opinion so would give like to give it a 3.5 but will round off to 4. it actually would be 3.5 if you really ask me espeicailly if you are medium built person.
