At best this is worthy of a 2 star review. As you can tell the cushion is under a rug. Additionally I use some folded pjs to place under the area my leg remain cross folded.Not the best, as you can it tell doesn’t provide sufficient support/cushioning. Healthy 28yr old male, with above average health end with 8 years of so meditation practice. I’d suggest looking else where for a cushion.

My previous zabuton was too small to get into a mindful position. This one has plenty of room for my zafu and plenty of area for my legs. I sit Burmese and am afforded both comfort and stability on this product. Thank you!

Soft and cushy. I purchased this for my floor desk. I coupled it with the other meditation seating product from this brand. I really like the fabric.

Lovely mat. I also purchased the cushion as well. I am 5'8" and 250lbs and the set works lovely for me. This mat provides just enough cushion for my ankles when sitting cross legged on the cushion. My feet don't feel like they are about to detach from my legs after a session! The Velvet is absolutely lovely; soft to the touch and it has that lovely little bit of shine to it. I honestly could probably just sit on the mat, but I prefer the added height of the cushion. Definitely worth it; if you're thinking about it, put it in your cart and order!

I do not typically review products, but I felt compelled to say a quick line of gratitude for this cushion. I have meditated for years and will find a way to do it no matter where I am, no matter the substrate. While I can make anything work, I longed for an indulgent surface to consider my very own sacred space. After going back and forth about buying this cushion, I finally did. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! It is so plush and soft and the color is just delightful. I am so grateful for this cushion and the feeling of self-honoring that comes up every time I sit on it. If you buy one too, get ready to have a really enjoyable sitting.
