Didn't even last one day! After less than 10 minutes of very moderate use, the back gave out and the chair was unusable. Maybe a bad model but I would definitely not buy again.

Updated review - The first chair we bought lasted 6 months (see below review), but they have great customer service and they sent me a new chair which is much better, it's much more comfortable, the seat is thicker and I think has better foam quality. At the end of the day it was the foam quality that made the difference, because the cover and the rest are great.This is my original review which I won't delete, to show that I am an honest reviewer.At the beginning, this chair was pretty good, it was comfortable and offered good support. Only one person in our family used it, my 12 year old son who is very thin and not heavy. Yet the chair stopped working properly about two months ago (about 6 months after the purchase date) and now it's completely broken. The chair was used only once a day anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours, to watch an episode of a series or a movie by my 12 year old son. But we have to throw it away now. It didn't even last a year.

The fabric, color and piping are arrractice. The chairs sturdy and comfortable. I've even used it in a director's chair to give more support. In my apartment space I've used in in various places, and over setting it up near NY balcony door where I can enjoy the view with lunch or a cup of tea.

Je m'assoie par terre à chaque soir environ 1h30 à 2h. Mécanisme simple. Bon soutien dorsal, je mesure 5'4" et mes omoplates sont appuyées sur le dossier. Pour ce laps de temps, mes fesses ne souffrent pas d'engourdissement, c'est assez confortable tout en étant ferme. Je me suis endormie assise quelques fois, oui oui! Moi, je le trouve assez léger compte tenu de sa grosseur, qui est parfaite pour moi. Tout est positif pour le moment, à voir sur le long terme. Mais je l'adore et le recommande.

While the floor chair is incredibly comfortable and supportive, I was unable to get it to fold up properly for carrying. It was shipped flat, rather than folded as had been demonstrated in the description. I looked up YouTube videos to help and followed the instructions as provided. I sent an email for support at the company Monk & LLama and received not reply. Sadly the chair is going back as defective. Customer service is very poor and the enclosed card from Monk and Llama lead to inactive websites.IN follow up to the issues with the chair, completely disgusted Amazon's response to the issue. The A-Z guarantee is NOT a guarantee and they are refusing to uphold my requests. They state I did not report within the timeframe which is of course incorrect. The supplier did not/will not provide a return label and Amazon is also not upholding their policies. The chair does NOT fold up properly so is not useful to carry around.

Exactly what I needed for meditating. I have trouble sometimes sitting on the floor due to lower back pain, and this provided me will the perfect amount of support. Very comfortable, easy to fold up, and great for traveling!

I was surprised with how big and hefty this folding floor chair was. I'm not complaining mind you. I was just surprised. If one is going to carry this around to use at meditation centers or at the park it feels like more than 8.63 pounds. I found it a little difficult to get the different back angles to stay put, but with some wrangling I was able to get it to lean back a bit and stay put. I looked under the covers and found that the foam looked like recycled shredded foam. We'll see how long this lasts.
