The mat and bolster are both comfortable. The carrying case, however, is a different matter and the reason I can’t give it more stars. The first time i used the bad one handle ripped off. There is nothing in the bag other than the mat and the bolster. I figured ok. Things happen. 4 days later i went to use the bag again and the other handle ripped off. The carrying bag us crap. This is a shame because it makes the mat and bolster a lot more difficult to carry around to my classes. I’m very disappointed because this was one of the main reasons I got it.

Cheap china feeling and scratchy material. The butt cushion doesn’t prop me up high enough for my liking. I did like the included lap blanket it was a nice touch. The carrying bag is very poor quality and was ripped on arrival. I don't recommend it especially for the price. There are better options in my opinion.
