Sehr gut! Funktioniert hervorragend. Cheers.

Really added some much needed bass to my fosi audio v3. Sounds better than my Cambridge audio sr20

I'm using this PSU instead of the 32V one supplied with the Fosi V3 amp. It works well, keeps the amp happy as it powers a pair of older Polk RT5 speakers. Those speakers are neither special, not particularly difficult to drive but their sensitivity is a little low for a pair of bookshelves so they need a bit of power to truly sing.I used this combo for a couple of smaller house parties and this combination was more than adequate to deliver the power needed without breaking a sweat.Recommended!

The surprise fact using the 48V over the 32V power supply is that the Fosi BT20aPro is much warmer even if the sound level stays the same.It is unexpected and I don't know if it will impact on the longevity of the unit.Nevertheless, the sound is excellent with both units.

Firstly, this 48V power supply causes my V3 to get toasty warm, even when idle, the amplifier becomes noticeably warm, especially top & bottom. With the 32V supply, the amp barely gets warm at all, even with music playing at half volume, V3 runs cool at 32V. At 48V, the amp gets very warm and is clearly wasting power. To my untrained ears, the stock 32V/5A power supply performs better than this 48V/5A supply. And by that I mean, the V3 seems to be ever-so slightly distorted at mid-range frequencies, particularly vocals which, to my ears, sounded somewhat brittle & harsh. Low bass frequencies, too, sounded a bit boomy. In my opinion, the 48V power supply slightly degrades the sound of the V3 compared to the stock 32V supply. To my ears, this 48V power supply slightly distorts the soundscape, at least with my Sony 3-way bookshelf speakers, on stands, at near-field listening levels, such as sitting at your computer desk or in a small room.My advice to other V3 owners: the included 32V power supply is perfectly fine, and possibly a better match for this Fosi class D amplifier, especially at near-field listening levels. I think the 48V supply is really intended for lower impedance floor-standing speakers, at much louder listening levels.

UPDATE: So far things are going well - adding another star. Only caveat is that this power supply seems sensitive to the RCA cables used. Good quality RCA cables should do well - I can only hear a slight hiss. But if you have RCA cables that are not shielded properly, it will increase the noise by a huge amount compared to the 32V power supply.UPDATE: Changing my RCA cables seems to have drastically reduced the noise coming through the speakers. Also moving the power supply away from the AVR components may have helped too. Revising to 3 stars. I may revise upwards if things go well!Original:Compared to the 32V power supply that came with my Fosi Audio V3, this 48V version seems to add strange buzzing and squeaking into the speakers. Unlistenable! It's like the power supply is acting like an antenna that picks up signals from the other electronic devices. No problems with the 32V version - only a very mild hiss that I can hear if my head is within 50 centimeters of the speakers. With the 48V I can hear random buzzy noises from further away.I have it attached to my Denon AVR-X3600H AVR that I use as a pre-amp to drive a pair of SVS Prime elevation speakers.
