Brass Main Body

I bought this a while ago so my review is a seasoned one .. this Muthasucka takes soo long to fill my dang stand alone bath tub .. I can watch my freshly mopped floors dry faster then it takes for this thing to fill my tub and I have a normal size tub too ... I don’t even take baths anymore I’d have to plan my bath time and start it an hour before, I’ll run out of hot water before it finishes filling. outrageous .. but it does look good that s why I bought it 2 stars for the way it looks

For those of you who experienced slow/weak water flow, here is my two cents. I also experienced this and what I did was to open up the diverter and found out that there is a lot of gunk and restricted the water flow. To open the diverter, you first pry off the little dome/dot by a utility knife, in this hole there is a small hex screw that you need to remove, and then the diverter knob will come off. Later, use a wrench to unscrew the base and pull out the diverter valve and the gunk was there. After cleaning that part out, my faucet runs as it should. I did send a message to the customer service but no response.

Exactement ce que je cherchais pour ma nouvelle salle de bain de style moderne et épurée. Petit bémol, comme le support de douchette est fixe à la verticale, il faut s’assurer de prendre en main la douchette avant de l’ouvrir sinon ça éclabousse droit devant.

Poorly/carelessly assembled at the factory. Leaks from the tap handle. Am unable to find any contact information concerning quality and parts. Diverter valve is faulty. Tap is useless until repaired or replaced.

Smudges all over it. Does not clean easily so I used Brasso to get it clean. Don't expect a shiny faucet. It remains brushed gold matte surface. Other than that, The faucet is beautiful and works really well. Same with the shower head.We renovated a small room and converted it into a bathroom. The floor is concrete so my husband built a platform for the tub area so that the input and drainage system stays out of view.

This bathtub faucet is absolutely gorgeous! I love it and it really finishes off my new bathroom remodel nicely. The faucet had a small leak in the top part and I notified the manufacturer and they were so great to work with. They responded promptly and ended up sending me a whole new faucet. I definitely recommend this faucet, especially for the price.

Installed by a plumber last week. Can’t comment on longevity but it looks nice and compliments the freestanding tub. Should have installed it in front of of the tub to see it whole.Install was easy and can be installed by DIYrs.Good value for money. Same version is available at Home Depot in $400 plus.It has very nice chrome finish.
