This product did not disappoint at all and the customer service is top notch! We ordered this for our primary bath remodel. Our plumber did not read the instructions so when they did plumbing they were supposed to give some room for the hoses but once concrete is poured it’s super hard to fix…I looked all over Amazon for a shorter hose to help fit in the base but no luck! I reached out to the customer service for this company and within 24 hours they said they would be shipping it 28 inch hoses to help fix with install. I am so grateful and excited to finally get it set it! It looks beautiful and can’t wait !!! Thank you again

Firstly, it’s sold, chunky and feels quality.Secondly, water flow is strong, fills the tub quickly.Customer support excellent, needed longer hoses, no problem, they made exactly what I needed , no extra charge.Best thing about this faucet, is that the faucet head swivels, didn’t read that, so it was a bonus, after the tub is full, swing the faucet head out of the way. EXCELLENT !

All components are of good quality.Installation instructions could provide more specific detail and component identification.Make sure when screwing the main upright tube to the brass mounting base floor bracket this connection must be threaded (maximum) tight and secure to ensure accurate final position to tub.The three supplied fasteners for attaching the mounting base to the floor are questionable. I would recommend using lag bolts in to the floor or actual bolts and nuts through the floor if you have access from below.
