I waited to review this product, so I could really put it to the test over time and on longer runs.Ok...so sizing... I am 5'9 and 140 lbs. My "true" waste is 25". I ordered a medium based on older product reviews at my time of purchase, but based on personal use, I would probably get a small. The reason is that the belt sits below your "true" waste, and the medium jostles a bit on my frame. The jostle can make the belt turn around your waste, so your bottles don't end up where they started. It is not uncomfortable as long as you wear a shirt long/fitted enough not to ride up from under the belt due to the jostling, but perhaps a small would minimize the belt movement. My temptation at first was to let my core disengage slightly to protrude my belly to minimize the movement. Of course, that's poor technique, so I just let it do its thing. I got used to the movement of the belt pretty quickly, and I hardly notice I am wearing it except for the occasional adjustment to twirl my bottles back in place. I did do a 16 mile run this past weekend, and my hip bones feel slightly bruised (though there is nothing visible), and I think it is related to that jostle and bottles bouncing off my hips bones for that duration. Its not painful, just noticeable. After this past run, I thought about buying a small belt, but the minimal discomfort isn't worth another $40 bucks at this point.As for performance, I am very happy. The bottles seal tight and do not leak. I do not put mine in the dishwasher. The bottles are easy to to get in and out of the holsters, yet the holsters are tight enough that the bottles do not fall out of them during runs. The velco is strong. The pocket is big enough for a couple of fueling products. I can fit 2 mini boxes of raisins, a gel pack and a folded tissue.Overall it is a good product.

I got the small size and it was too small, I couldn't close it so I exchange it for a medium which is really big. Not matter how tight you have it, once the bottles are full, the belt will jump at any step while you run, very annoying. I didn't think it was not an adjustable belt. Why would you do that? However, It doesn't work :( for me

hier passt endlich alles zusammen. Die Trinkflaschen sind so gut fixiert, dass sie beim Laufen nicht an den Körper schlagen und auch nicht selbststĂ€ndig aus der Halterung fallen, die KapazitĂ€t ist vor allem fĂŒr lĂ€ngere LĂ€ufe ausreichend, sie sind dicht, tropfen nicht, das Trinken geht bequem wĂ€hrend des Laufens.Einzig, das TĂ€schchen könnte eine Spur grösser sein, wenn man ein Energie-Gel mitnimmt, dann hat das gerade noch Platz.

The fuel belt came. I placed it around my waist and immediately the thread which is sewn into the elastic portion of the belt came apart. I have the correct size for my waist and was not pulling very hard on it. So I fixed it by repairing it with my own thread and then after a 14 mile run I noticed it was doing the same thing on the opposite side of the belt! I just finished repairing this. Ergonomics is better than the old belts which I have used for > 8 years. It rides well and is comfortable. But the quality of construction sucked. I also wish they still had the 6 bottle belts available. Problem with buying on the net is you can't check out the quality before it arrives. And even though you might be able to send it back, there's the hassle factor. They need to improve their quality control.
