I've had a burger version of this sort of deconstructable squishy toy for a while, and it's amusing enough to rearrange and squish around. This hot dog shares the overall concept and types of materials. The bun is filled with some sort of tiny pellets and can be squished into different forms, although it's pretty lightweight and not all that stuffed. The wiener has the perfect offputting pinky hue and is suitably floppy. It sticks disturbingly well to the cheese slice and the somewhat glowing tint of green lettuce. The cheese is plain and the lettuce has some ribs on it for texture, though combined you get the idea.I know that liquid condiments wouldn't really work here, although I would love to see the kind of person who would eat their hot dog with processed cheese and lettuce. If anything it adds a bit to the novelty.

I'm not sure why this burger comes in a tortilla rather than buns, but it does, so deal with it.Each piece is separate. Adults can fidget with them or squish them around.Kids, apparently, instinctually slap each other with them. Makes sense. There's cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles. A pretty decent burger if it didn't look more like a taco.

My kids like hot dogs, they like playing pretend kitchen/cooking/restaurant games, and they like squishy stress-relief fidget type toys — and this squishy fits all those scenarios (well, other than not being a real edible hot dog of of course, haha — but it’s good for squishing, and it looks almost real enough, in a cartoony way, to be used for pretend cooking games as well). We’ll have to see how long it holds up though — squishies like this can some times up up ripping or tearing sooner or later.

This thing is so silly and stupid, but I love it. I have autism and I constantly have to be doing something with my hands to keep myself busy, and this fits the bill. Each thing on the hot dog toy is a different texture, but the bun is my absolute favorite because it's weighted and has something inside of it. I don't know what, but it feels nice. Often times I find myself disassembling the hot dog and just playing with the bun. It has no scent to it, and I haven't noticed any issues with cracking or the paint peeling off. I love this toy, and I'd say that it's a very good value for the money.
